Dr. Kedner Maxime will attend the Lauderhill Property Tax Town Hall Meeting on Thursday, September 10, as part of his commitment to listening directly to residents and understanding the financial pressures facing homeowners and families throughout District 20.
Property taxes, housing costs, homeowners insurance, and the overall cost of living continue to place tremendous pressure on South Florida families. For Dr. Maxime, these are not abstract policy discussions—they affect whether families can remain in their homes, build wealth, and afford to live in the communities they helped build.
The town hall will feature Broward Property Appraiser Marty Kiar, Lauderhill Mayor Denise D. Grant, and Tamarac Vice Mayor Marlon Bolton in a conversation about property taxes and proposed changes that could impact Broward County residents.
